MEET BRANDON
NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Brandon Best, born January 23, 1985, in Aiken, SC, is the youngest of eight children to the late Joseph and Lula Best. Raised in Edgefield County Brandon witnessed his father's daily journey from Edgefield County to Augusta, Ga daily to provide for his family. Tragically, his father passed away when Brandon was just 11, leaving his mother to anchor the family. From his parents, Brandon learned the value of hard work and education.
Despite facing numerous adversities, Brandon was fortunate to have older male siblings who imparted spiritual and mental toughness. He attended Storm Thurmond High School, where he excelled as a two-sport athlete in football and track.
Post-high school, Brandon pursued a degree in History from Livingstone College. He then joined his older brothers private practice as a process server and assistant Private Investigator. In 2018, tragedy struck when he lost both his older brother and mother within a month.
Introduced to Tinslee by his twin brother Bryon in 2020, Brandon married in 2022 and now has a three-month son named Justice. Brandon believes his ability to connect with people makes him the most qualified candidate for the District 10 Senate seat.
Committed to being an agent of change in the communities of District 10, Brandon pledges to devote his body, mind, and spirit to serving the constituents and addressing their needs.
